As a Registered Investment Advisor, LotusGroup Advisors (LGA), finds itself in a special relationship with its clients, acting as a fiduciary to its clients. Having a fiduciary responsibility to our clients is at the core of our business. As such we must act for the benefit of each of our clients to the exclusion of any contrary interest – to put the interests of our clients first. This duty dictates we do the following:
- Act in the best interest of our clients
- Act with utmost good faith
- Have a reasonable basis for our investment advice to clients, and to make sound investment decisions consistent with the goals and objectives uncovered for each client in their introductory interview and in ongoing client meetings
