Job Title: Financial Advisor
Office Location: Denver, CO (Wash Park)
Travel: Not required
Comp Plans: Competitive Base + Commission
General purpose of position:
Responsible for new client acquisition and existing client services: providing financial advice and planning
Key Accountabilities
Grow business: new client sales, referrals, personal and professional networks
Retain clients by thrilling them with service: responsive, intimate, and trusting relationships
Financial planning: prepare and deliver financial plans for all clients, update annually or as needed
Financial advice: provide effective behavioral guidance to nudge clients into making rational decisions
Work within team-based approach: leverage your team for sales, investments, and back office support
Tech savvy: proficient and comfortable using various web-based software programs
Other duties as required
Education, experience and certifications required:
B.A./B.S. or equivalent required
Experience in selling services and/or providing client service in a consulting or professional services environment
Proven success in working with a team, leveraging their strengths, and supporting them as well
Experience with financial planning and/or customer relationship management (CRM) systems a plus, but not required
Series 65 will be earned on the job
